Sussan Rouhafza went above and beyond to find me the best condo and call my loan officer to follow up about my loan, talked to seller, and title company while I was sick in the hospital with COVID my closing was on 02/03/2022. She informed everybody that I was sick in the hospital.

I've know Sussan since 2017 when I bought a home through her representation. Since then she has always kept in touch and provided valuable updates on the market. Sussan was an excellent guide during Covid-19 shelter-at-home orders that limited any showings other than virtually. She always looked after my needs and emotional well-being, taking care to give me ideas and feedback.

Once the realtors were given the go ahead, Sussan and I did the two showings in one day. I live over 50 miles away, so it was essential to time the showings just right. It was a rainy day, yet once we were suited up with protective gear, it was an easy choice for me between the two condos.

Prior to the showings, I was kept abreast of all available places, and Sussan personally checked in on me for a 5 month period, until the requirements were lifted.

I was able to get an offer in within a few days of viewing, and was moved in within 30 days, after I sold my former condo. The trial of dealing with title companies, mortgage companies, and the seller’s timeline were dealt with seamlessly.

Sussan has been an absolute pleasure to work with!! She made the process of buying our home which can be quite stressful in the Bay Area very smooth and enjoyable for us. She is very knowledgeable and was always available for us. She was always so quick to respond any time when we had questions or needed her expertise. My husband and I both work full time and have very busy schedule. In order to save us time, Sussan would preview the houses and would send us videos so we can preselect the homes we needed to see. She literally spent every weekend with us showing us homes for 8 months!! She always had our best interest in mind and treated us as family.
