Sussan was an excellent guide during Covid-19 shelter-at-home orders that limited any showings other than virtually. She always looked after my needs and emotional well-being, taking care to give me ideas and feedback.

Once the realtors were given the go ahead, Sussan and I did the two showings in one day. I live over 50 miles away, so it was essential to time the showings just right. It was a rainy day, yet once we were suited up with protective gear, it was an easy choice for me between the two condos.

Prior to the showings, I was kept abreast of all available places, and Sussan personally checked in on me for a 5 month period, until the requirements were lifted.

I was able to get an offer in within a few days of viewing, and was moved in within 30 days, after I sold my former condo. The trial of dealing with title companies, mortgage companies, and the seller’s timeline were dealt with seamlessly.
