Great commute and schools. Bart is walkable (7 minutes) and freeway is very close. Downtown Walnut Creek walk is ~2 miles. Acalanes school district. Iron horse trail is 3 minute walk. Master bath was redone 4 months ago and we've made other enhancements since purchase. Incredible backyard for entertaining. If you commute to work (especially to San Francisco) this house is a dream.
